Words cannot express my gratitude to you all at Paw Prints. Dr. Cousins and his assistant whom I apologize I cannot remember her name but were great with Gidget and myself. Thank you for everything ❤️
I just changed to them and was really happy with everyone but most important my girl Stella was happy too.Dr. Eddie Crittendon was very impressive they way...
Dr. Hunt cared greatly for my sweet Rosie when she first got sick, unfortunately my sweet girl had to be euthanized due to her condition and Dr. Cousins was the one to do so. He was so patient with us and allowed me to say my goodbyes and hold her until the very end. ❤️ I also take my boy Enzo there and they are great with him too!
Let me start off by saying we have been going to Paw Prints since we moved here in 2013 and our dog Nickel has been seeing Dr. Eddie Crittendon.
Nickel has gotten up there in age and has had more and more health related issues. Dr. Eddie Crittendon was always compassionate and even warned us last year to prepare ourselves for when the time comes because eventually the medication was going to stop working.
Dr. Eddie Crittendon and his assistant where kind and empathetic to us having made the hard decision that no dog parent wants to have to make. They both treated Nickel with love and dignity. They never once made me feel bad for crying which is something I don’t ever do in front of anyone. He also took the extra step of making her comfortable and talking to her like she was his own dog.
Thank you for being who you are Dr. Eddie Crittendon you truly love animals and it shows.
We do have another dog and he will continue to go see Dr. Eddie Crittendon and his assistant!
I have been going to Paw Prints for several years now. I recently had to bring my kitty in in an emergency due to flea treatment poisoning. I was panicking for my kitty and they were friendly and calming through the whole experience. They were super nice and helpful! Paw Prints has super affordable pricing. They even called the next day to check on her and make sure she was doing better! I highly recommend them!
We have used Paw Prints since they opened. My dad was a vet many years ago and I was a nurse for over 30 years. I feel that allows me to be pretty persnickety about the health care for our fur babies. I have seen most of the vets at Paw Prints and we have only had great experiences there. Many thanks to ALL the staff that allow these experiences to turn into great memories.
FYI: They did a great job of protecting everyone during the COVID-19 experience. Thank you Paw 🐾 Prints from Tiger Belle and myself.
We have been clients of Pawprints since Dr Crittendon opened. Absolutely love them. Just want to give them praise for last Friday’s appt with all this Covid 19. One of our dogs had an appointment for her check up. I was a little concerned about taking her and being in a waiting room. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door. You could check in from your car, wait In your car, and they would come get you when ready for your appointment. It worked so well. They did an awesome job. And I got to see a doctor I had never seen before. Dr Hunt was amazing and so good with our Charlee Grace. She made our rescue feel so much more calm than Charlee usually is at the vet. Thank you Pawprints.
We were already lifelong believers in Paw Prints. You guys have never, EVER, failed us. Whether it was fixing the mistakes of other vet offices or helping us bring an FIV kitty back to his strength, you have always been reliable. Today, proved even more so the quality of Paw Prints. My family thanks you very much for being who you are. Would I recommend Paw Prints? There is no question! Dr. Cousins, Dr. Crittendon, you both are amazing and Hemmingway looks great and is happy to be back in his yard. :)
We’ve taken our dogs here for the last 12 years. They have always been great with them.
We've been taking our fur babies to Paw Prints for years. You won't find more loving and caring doctor's and staff. Dr. Cousins takes excellent care of our Kissie and Pookie
They were so wonderful with my dog Max. We were new patients and they helped us quickly and were very honest and caring. I would definitely recommend to other pet parents.
